To enjoy:
Run a warm bath and add about a handful of salts to the warm water. Let the essential oils fill the room. Then slowly and mindfully enter the bath.
Calming music or mindful meditation is recommended with Soak. As there are oils in the products please be careful as the bath could be slippery. These luxurious bath salts can be used as a foot or hand soak.

The reusable glass jar contains 300g of bath salts which is 3 to 4 baths, depending on how strong you like your scent to be.
To use as a foot soak, use about 50g or half a handful, depending on how strong you like your scent to be.
