Shipping & returns

Getting your Soak order to you as safely and as quickly as possible is what we do, and we use An Post for delivery, unless otherwise requested. If you would like tracking on your order, please state at the checkout.

Currently shipping to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK and Europe. We have recently introduced USA shipping.

Local shipping can take from 3-6 working days. (Ireland including N. Ireland)

UK shipping: please allow 2 weeks. We post and offer tracking on UK orders.

EU shipping: please allow 2 weeks. Tracking is not included.

USA shipping: please allow 3 weeks. Tracking is not included. And we are not responsible for customs or duties incurred.

Returns:

Changed your mind? That’s okay, Soak offers a 14 day returns policy. Just send back the unopened items in a package to us, with receipt and we will process your refund (less delivery charge) as soon as possible.

Terms & Conditions:

• Items must be returned and received within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

• Items must be returned in original condition without seals broken or tampered with.

• Soak is not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.

• If the item is faulty, please email your order number & the reason or description of the fault to soakinluxury@gmail.com.

• Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us. Generally complete 3 to 5 working days after refund is processed, depending on your bank and bank holidays.
