Organic oil for glowing skin

As you might know, I was unwell for a couple of weeks, and took some leave to look after myself. I'm nearly back on track, but still taking it easy, and taking my time.

I thought I would share a couple of things that helped me look after my skin while in my sick bed. Really simple but effective tools to keep me looking glowing and helping me to manage my anxieties.

  • Lot's of H20 / water. I keep a bottle beside me at all times. And in the evening I love herbal teas, so I drink plenty of nettle or green tea for my skin. Hot water with a slice of lemon is also brilliant for the skin, hair, liver...

  • Apply castor oil to my face after my serums. The castor oil penetrates deep into the skin, and promotes healing. It is one of the best anti-inflammatory oils. It is great for wrinkles, dark circles and spots, as it reduces an inflammation.

  • An Atlantic sea salt soak, especially the Breathe Deep blend. It eased my muscles and cramps, supported my breathing techniques, and soothed my anxious mind. Total calm.

  • Use a gun sha face tool. I find this excellent for my skin, but it also helps me manage my anxieties. I massage the areas of my face where I hold my stress and worries. (in-between my eyebrows). It increases blood flow, keeping you looking healthy and glowing.

Send love, send Atlantic sea wellness....
